• Original Art: Each design is created by Chanelle and remains her intellectual property.

• Not Work for Hire: Custom artwork isn’t considered “work for hire”. The rights stay with the artist.

• Usage Rights: We retain all rights to distribute, reproduce, and display our artwork.

While we’re thrilled when you share photos of your decorated spaces, please don’t:

• Photograph our murals for commercial use without written permission.

• Reproduce the artwork on merchandise.

• Use our designs in any way that could be considered commercial exploitation.

We genuinely love hearing from parents who've put our murals up. Here's what you need to know about posting on our website:

• You’re welcome to share reviews, questions, and comments if you’ve purchased or received our murals as gifts.
