Walking through the Woodlands

We got the Brooksong | Woodland Mural for our 2 year old son, and from the moment we showed it to him in his room he was in love. The art work is incredible, and the installation was easy enough. Not only is the installation easy, but if you realize you want it set up in a different place, or you set it up crooked you can easily re apply it without loosing stick. We are in a rental and we dont have to worry about damaging walls since this comes off so clean as well. The texture of the mural adds a lovely tactile element to the experience, our son likes to add the bonus stickers in the forest scene. The colors add a very calming element to his room, and definitely adds some fantastical wonder to our lives. We would recommend this product to anyone looking to add some imagination and flair to your little ones room.

Mural of my dreams!

It took me 2 years to find a perfect wall mural for this space. I looked all over the place and nothing felt right. I already had my walls painted in this sage color and wooden headboard was already installed. I didn’t like all the generic art nor I wanted to buy toxic vinyl. I accidentally (or should I say serendipitously) came across whales&willows on Instagram and it was an instant match. I saw Closeness and I KNEW and FELT it was the perfect missing piece. The quality is stunning, you can see and experience every brush strokes. It adhered well to my orange peel- textured walls. And I love that fox has 2 cubs! It’s a perfect piece and it brings smiles to my kids every time they see it! It became a heart of my room. You can’t ask for more.

What a lovely experience

What a lovely experience and lasting memory for my daughter. Whales & Willows created a beautiful piece of art with my 6 year old. They kept us involved every step of the way and the result is stunning. The detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to kid-safe materials is more than we could have asked for. The installation was very simple and I appreciate it can be saved and applied multiple times. My only regret is we don’t have more walls in her bedroom to hold more of these special murals.

Blown away

I'm not normally an early adopter of... much of anything. But I decided to give it a whirl and ordered the 36" version of Brooksong for my 10-year-old son's bedroom. I was BLOWN AWAY when we got it by the quality, detail, and beauty of the piece!!! It works perfectly for his room, and we put it right above his desk so he can see it from his bed at night and have it as a soft and calming focus. It adds just the right amount of warmth and character to the space without being overdone at all, and the piece is attractive from any distance. When you get up close you can really see the details and feel the artist's soul in the piece. Quick story: After we put the mural up on the wall (easy to do, by the way: the fabric is quality and appears quite durable), a friend came over for a quick visit for the first time since we purchased our house. I gave him the obligatory whirlwind tour of each of the rooms the only comment that he made was when we got to my son's bedroom: "That's so cool. Is that painted on the wall? That's amazing!" It's safe to say that I'm a very happy early adopter. :-) I highly recommend!

When Chanelle mentioned that she had made a few movable murals for her son and was thinking about starting a business, I knew I had to be her first customer because I've always admired her artistic sense and attention to detail. Love our mural!

The Brooksong mural is beautiful, vibrant colors and the sweetest details. It creates a peaceful atmosphere. And goes perfectly above my daughter’s desk. The quality of the paper is nice as well. Our walls have a good amount of texture which makes the mural struggle to stick, so we have had to restick once, but it’s very easy to do.

Easy install

My son chose the dragon design and loves it! His favorite part is that it looks like an artist painted right on his wall. The design, details and execution are beautiful. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I was able to do the installation myself. I had to adjust the position a couple times to get it right, and the material still attached to the wall.
