Return Conditions:

• Product Condition: Returns are accepted even if the mural has been used. Just reapply the backing, roll it back into the original shipping tube, and secure it for safe shipping.

• Timeframe: Contact us at returns@whaleswillows.com within 90 days of receipt to initiate a return. We’ll provide a free prepaid shipping label and walk you through the process.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

No Restocking Fees – Ever.

Whales & Willows covers the cost of returns, including free return shipping. We want you to love your mural, and if you don’t, sending it back should be just as easy as putting it up.

Exclusions:

• Custom Items and Final Sale: These items are not eligible for return, so please consider your purchase carefully.

• International Orders: Our return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us at support@whaleswillows.com within 5 days of receipt.

• For damaged items, we will file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.

• For incorrect items, we will expedite the correct item to you at no additional cost.
